Megan Racing Coil-Over Dampers are the ultimate upgrade to your track or street car. Featuring 32 Levels of damper force adjustment, full-height adjustment, these damper kits are then perfectly matched with front and rear Pillow Ball upper mounts for camber correction in most applications. The adjustment of the damper is as simple as can be with a built-in knob at the top of the damper mount for easy access. Simple adjustments can be made to tune to your style of driving and comfort level desired. Single-Adjustable dampers make suspension adjustments easy to tune whether you're a professional mechanic or an automotive enthusiast with amateur mechanical skills. The height adjustment is made easy with CNC-Machined locking perches for accuracy and smooth adjustment. You can raise your car up to factory height for OEM appearance with performance handling or you can drop your car all the way down for a formal racetrack and an aggressive stance lowering your center of gravity to gain full potential of your car's handling capabilities. On most applications, the Megan Racing Damper Kits come with fully adjustable Pillow-Ball upper mounts to easily tune and adjust your camber. Adjustable camber gives you an edge on most suspension setups, as you can easily tune your car for any ride height which improves handling, predictability and furthermore tire wear, which is a great benefit both on the racetrack and on the street. Progress Technology Anti-Sway Bars reduce body roll and improve chassis response for more cornering power. Anti-Sway Bars are precision-formed and powder coated (graphite color) alloy steel. Polyurethane bushings produce instant roll response on turn-in and have been tested at over 1.0g lateral acceleration on the skid pad. The Progress anti-roll bars improve lateral stability without stiffening normal suspension movement. Anti-roll bars minimize body roll, which stabilizes the tire contact patch for maximum traction. This is important because all of the weight and power of your vehicle is transmitted to the road over a mere handful of square inches called the tire contact patch. Most FWD street cars have moderate understeer or "PUSH". These sway bars are designed to improve overall balance by the use of proportionately stiffer rear bars. The car will have a "neutral" feel, with a gentle push at it's limits. When one side of your vehicle's suspension compresses, or pushes down on the springs, the anti-sway bar is pulled up. The resulting twist in the bar forces the other end to pull down. This force will lift the compressed corner of the vehicle and pull down on the unloaded wheel on the other side. The result: your vehicle will lean less and handle better and more predictably! You'll have better control when maneuvering through lane changes and tight turns! The TEIN units are not only stronger but are also capable of increased steering angle. By utilizing a larger diameter rod and stronger materials, TEIN was able to increase rod strength by 10~55% depending on application. The TEIN tie rod ends can be configured in two ways, OEM steering angle, or increased steering angle. Which allows for tighter turning radius, and deeper drift angles.
